Tenet taps chief strategy officer for Delray Medical Center: 4 things to know

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare appointed Jerad Hanlon chief strategy officer of Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, Fla., as well as its Palm Beach hospitals, according to a Delray Newspaper report.

Four things to know:

1. Mr. Hanlon most recently served as chief administrative officer in Virginia for Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.

2. He was previously COO Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg, Va.

3. Mr. Hanlon holds a master of health administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

4. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term growth plans and goals at Delray Medical Center and helping coordinate strategy plans for four other hospitals.
