Dallas-based for-profit health system Tenet Healthcare is reducing the size of its board of directors from 13 to 12 following the departure of Stephen Rusckowski.
Mr. Rusckowski announced Nov. 21 that he was departing the board effective immediately, according to a regulatory filing from Tenet. His resignation from the board came days after he was appointed to Oracle’s board of directors.
Mr. Rusckowski was the president and CEO of Quest Diagnostics from 2012 to 2022. He was appointed to Tenet’s board of directors in May 2023.
