Tenet names former Quest Diagnostics CEO to board

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare appointed Stephen Rusckowski to its board of directors.

Mr. Rusckowski served as president and CEO of Quest Diagnostics from 2012 to 2022, according to a May 30 news release from Tenet. Additionally, he served as CEO of Philips Healthcare from 2006 to 2012. 

He will become the board’s 11th director and serve on its human resources committee and quality, compliance and ethics committees.
