Tenet hospital names chief strategy officer

Johann Ramirez was named chief strategy officer of Doctors Medical Center and Central Valley Doctors Health System in Modesto, Calif., part of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare.

Mr. Ramirez brings diverse healthcare leadership experience to the role, according to an Aug. 28 news release shared with Becker’s.

Most recently, he served as administrative director of strategy and business development at Adventist Health North Coast Network in Ukiah, Calif.

Mr. Ramirez also previously served in finance for Asante  Physician Partners in Medford, Ore., and value analysis for the University of Texas Medical  Branch at Galveston.

Doctors Medical Center is part of the Central Valley Doctors Health System.
