Paola Arbour will retire as chief information officer of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare at the end of 2026, according to an April 9 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Arbour will remain with the for-profit health system in a non-executive role through April 1, 2028, to provide continuing transition services and support, according to the filing.
She has served as Tenet’s CIO since 2018, after serving as president of the ServiceNow business unit at ProV International, a software development and managed services company.
