Mr. Newell is president and CEO of Tower Health’s Phoenixville (Pa.) Hospital and Pottstown (Pa.) Hospital. He will begin his new role April 8, according to a news release.
Previously, Mr. Newell was CEO of Carlisle (Pa.) Regional Medical Center.
