2. She has experience serving as COO of Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, N.C., and Dignity Health’s Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, Calif.
3. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives as well as a member and past president of the California Association of Healthcare Leaders.
4. Ms. Hickman received the ACHE’s Regents Award in 2007.
5. She holds a master’s degree in hospital administration from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
