Mr. Harding most recently served as the CEO of a regional psychiatric hospital system in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He also served in executive roles, including CEO, CNO and COO, at numerous freestanding psychiatric hospitals.
Mr. Harding also served in the U.S. Army as a combat medic and in the U.S. Air Force as a registered nurse. He was honorably discharged from both services.
Mr. Harding holds a master of science degree in public administration from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green.
