1. Ms. Arthur most recently worked at Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives, where she served in IT, strategic planning and operations management leadership roles.
2. She previously worked in IT leadership at a number of other organizations, including healthcare consultancy Arthur & Adams and University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
3. She holds a master of science degree in computer information systems from Bellevue (Neb.) University.
4. Ms. Arthur succeeds Greg Kall, who retired in December 2017.
