Subra Sripada, the current executive vice president and chief administrative and information officer at Beaumont, is expected to be appointed CIO. He will oversee a staff that will include most of the three organizations’ IT employees, according to the report.
One of the first major IT projects will be implementing an Epic EHR system at Botsford, which is currently running McKesson. Beaumont and Oakwood already use Epic, according to the report.
