Steve Massey. President and CEO of Westfields Hospital & Clinic (New Richmond, Wis.). Mr. Massey joined Westfield Hospital & Clinic in August 2011 as president and CEO, responsible for the hospital’s strategic initiatives. During his tenure, Mr. Massey led the hospital to merge Westfields Hospital and New Richmond Clinic in 2013 and spent time on the New Richmond Chamber of Commerce board of directors. Prior to joining Westfield Hospital, Mr. Massey was CFO of Osceola (Wis.) Medical Center and held leadership positions at Allina Health and Fairview Health Services, both based in Minneapolis.
