Linda Hoff has shared plans to retire as executive vice president and CFO of Palo Alto, Calif.-based Stanford Health Care at the end of fiscal 2026 after nine years with the system.
Ms. Hoff will be succeeded by Adam Horst, effective June 8. In his new role, Mr. Horst will oversee Stanford Health Care’s financial strategy, planning and reporting, according to an April 28 news release.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Horst served as CFO of Mayo Clinic’s flagship Rochester (Minn.) campus, where he oversaw $8 billion in annual budget.
He also held senior leadership roles at Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health and with the state of Indiana.
