St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital CEO Robert Ross to resign

Newburgh, N.Y.-based St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital has announced the resignation of its president and CEO, Robert Ross. Mr. Ross will continue to serve the hospital in these roles until his departure in early June.

Joan Cusack-McGuirk, currently SLCH’s senior vice president and CNO, will serve as the hospital’s interim CEO until the SLCH board selects a permanent replacement for Mr. Ross. Ms. Cusack-McGuirk has held various other positions with the hospital over the last 25 years.

Mr. Ross will work with Ms. Cusack-McGuirk through the next several months to ensure an orderly transition.
