Here are four things to know about Mr. Arnold.
1. In his new role, he will oversee all marketing, public relations, internal and external communications and media relations programs, and will provide strategic oversight on network integrity and patient alignment efforts, the health system said.
2. Most recently, Mr. Arnold was corporate communications manager at Welch Allyn in Skaneateles Falls, N.Y.
3. Prior to joining Welch Allyn, he served as an account supervisor in the public relations and public affairs group at Eric Mower and Associates, an advertising agency with a public relations practice.
4. Mr. Arnold earned a bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in communications management from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
