Mr. Ziolkowski was most recently with Duke University Health System in Durham, N.C., where he helped develop Duke LifePoint, a joint venture between Duke University Health System and LifePoint Hospitals.
Mr. Ziolkowski will take on his new role at St. Joseph Health March 11.
