1. Mr. Steward is CEO of St. David’s South Austin Medical Center, a role he has held for nine years.
2. During his tenure at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center, he helped establish a level 2 trauma program as well as an adult blood cancer and bone marrow transplant program.
3. He has also served as CEO of HealthONE’s North Suburban Medical Center in Denver and COO of Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, La.
4. Mr. Steward succeeds Don Wilkerson, who retired.
