Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center CEO Tim Tobin to Retire

Spotsylvania (Va.) Regional Medical Center announced that its CEO Tim Tobin will retire, effective Aug. 31.

Mr. Tobin was named to lead the hospital in 2008.
