Fort Smith, Ark.-based Sparks Health has appointed Jeremy Drinkwitz interim CEO, according to a Southwest Times Daily report.
Mr. Drinkwitz is taking over duties for Tim Schmidt, who was dismissed from his position last week following a racial comment he allegedly made at an employee meeting.
Mr. Drinkwitz previously served as COO of the health system.
