Mr. Brooks has more than seven years of experience in healthcare CFO roles. Most recently, he served as assistant CFO at St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston. He also spent time working for a Florida physician group and served as a financial analyst with Franklin, Tenn.-based Iasis Healthcare, according to the report.
