Southeast Georgia Health System taps Janice Dunn as CFO: 5 notes

Brunswick-based Southeast Georgia Health System appointed Janice L. Dunn vice president and CFO.

Here are five notes:

1. Most recently, Ms. Dunn served as CFO for Mishawaka, Ind.-based Saint Joseph Health System.

2. Before that, she was vice president and CFO at St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, Md.

3. With more than 27 years of healthcare financial management experience, Ms. Dunn will be responsible for optimizing the Southeast Georgia Health System’s financial strategy.

4. She holds an MBA from Cleveland State University.

5. She replaces Michael D. Scherneck, who has served as both CFO and CEO since August 2015.
