Rapid City, S.D.-based Monument Health has appointed two leaders to its executive leadership team, effective June 8.
Paula McInerney-Hall was promoted to general counsel after most recently serving as associate general counsel, according to a June 5 health system news release. She will serve as Monument Health’s chief legal adviser and provide leadership on legal, regulatory and governance matters.
Ross McKie was named vice president of philanthropy. A member of Monument Health’s system board and Rapid City Hospital board since 2012, he will serve as executive leader of the foundation and oversee major gifts, annual giving and other philanthropic initiatives, according to the release.
Monument Health operates five hospitals, more than 40 clinics and specialty centers, and employs more than 6,300 physicians and caregivers across 31 specialties.
