South Carolina hospital names CEO

Ronnie Daves has been appointed CEO of McLeod Health Clarendon in Manning, S.C.

Mr. Daves brings more than 15 years of executive healthcare leadership experience to the role, according to a Jan. 5 McLeod Health LinkedIn post. He previously led hospital performance improvement initiatives and worked closely with physicians, staff and community stakeholders.

He was an administrative resident at McLeod Health from 2007 to 2009 before stepping into leadership roles at Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems and Greenville, S.C.-based Prisma Health, according to his LinkedIn profile.

McLeod Health Clarendon, an 81-bed hospital, was acquired by Florence, S.C.-based McLeod Health in 2016.
