Chestatee Regional Hospital in Dahlonega, Ga., announced CEO Jim Yarborough is stepping down, according to a report by The Dahlonega Nugget.

1. Hospital officials did not offer a reason for Mr. Yarborough’s resignation.

2. Atlanta-based SunLink Health Systems sold Chestatee Regional Hospital to Durall Capital Holdings for $15 million a month ago.

3. Mr. Yarborough was reportedly excited about the sale.

“This is great news for the future of Chestatee Regional Hospital and physician practice employees, the future economic development of Dahlonega/Lumpkin County and the people and communities we serve,” Mr. Yarborough told The Dahlonega Nugget.
