SmartLinx Solutions, a provider of workforce management solutions, has added two executives.
Here are six things to know about the leaders.
Michael Plotkin has joined the company as chief technology officer.
1. Mr. Plotkin has more than 20 years of experience in technology innovation.
2. He previously served as chief architect at SONY, and has held various chief technology officer roles, most recently at Syncordia Healthcare Solutions.
3. In his new role, he will help shape the SmartLinx's technology strategy as the company takes on its next phase of growth and leadership within the workforce management space, according to a news release.
David Schrader joins SmartLinx as vice president of product management and strategy.
4. Mr. Schrader is a seasoned product executive and entrepreneur.
5. Most recently, he was the creator of EmpowerOne, an employee communication and engagement platform targeted at both the workforce management and human capital management markets.
6. In his new role with SmartLinx, he is responsible for shaping product vision, user experience and innovation strategy.
