Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center CEO Candace Markwith to Retire

Candace “Candy” Markwith has announced plans to retire as CEO of Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in San Louis Obispo, Calif., effective Sept. 15.

Ms. Markwith has been with Sierra Vista since March 2005 and has been with Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare for more than 35 years. SVRMC is a Tenet hospital.

The hospital has begun a national search for Ms. Markwith’s replacement.
