Sierra Providence Health Network CEO to run Tenet’s Texas Region

Eric Evans, CEO of El Paso, Texas-based Sierra Providence Health Network, is leaving to lead Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare’s Texas Region, according to the El Paso Times.

Tenet Healthcare also operates Sierra Providence Health Network.

As CEO of Sierra Providence Health Network for the last three years, Mr. Evans has served as the head of El Paso hospitals Sierra Medical Center, Providence Memorial Hospital and Providence Children’s Hospital. In his new role as CEO of Tenet’s Texas Region, Mr. Evans will oversee 23 hospitals and 86 outpatient centers.

Mr. Evans will be replaced by Sally Deitch, RN.
