Shasta Regional Medical Center in Redding, Calif., named Richard Fletcher, PharmD, CEO, according to a Red Bluff Daily News report.

1. Dr. Fletcher previously worked at Universal Health Services in Bradenton, Fla.

2. While at Universal Health Services, he served in numerous leadership roles, including CEO of Lakewood Ranch (Fla.) Medical Center and COO of Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton.

3. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

4. Shasta Regional Medical Center is a member of Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare.
