1. Mr. Hugar most recently served as the President and CEO of Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines, Ill., and Presence Life Connections in Mokena, Ill.
2. He also served in leadership positions at other healthcare organizations, including Birmingham, Ala.-based HealthSouth.
3. He holds a master’s degree in health services administration from Gannon University in Erie, Pa.
4. He succeeds Jason Roeback, who left to take on the COO role at Erie, Pa.-based Saint Vincent Hospital.
