Florida Hospital Zephyrhills Names CEO

Florida Hospital Zephyrhills has promoted Douglas Duffield, former hospital COO, to CEO, following a merger that placed former CEO John R. Harding in charge of the newly established Florida Hospital Tampa Bay region, according to a St. Petersburg Times report.

Mr. Duffield joined Florida Hospital Zephyrhills in January from Sonora Regional Medical Center, where he held leadership roles in strategic planning, service line development and acquisitions. He has also served at Maluti Adventist Hospital in Lesotho, Africa, working with public health doctors to track the AIDS pandemic.
