Sean Fadale. President and CEO of Community Memorial Hospital (Hamilton, N.Y.). Community Memorial Hospital’s board of trustees appointed Sean Fadale CEO in August 2012. As a 25-bed critical access hospital, Community Memorial Hospital is a safety net for the people of central New York, sitting about 218 miles north of New York City. Under Mr. Fadale’s leadership, Community Memorial Hospital was the only hospital in the state to achieve recognition as one of America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Joint Replacement in 2016 as well as America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Overall Orthopedics, both from Healthgrades. Mr. Fadale is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
