2. He previously worked at Carolinas HealthCare System Blue Ridge in Morganton, N.C., where he served in several roles including as vice president.
3. He served as a judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps.
4. Mr. Pope holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Public Health and a juris doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, N.C.
