Ms. Alderfer joined Broomfield, Colo.-based SCL Health system four years ago, serving as both transformation officer for the health system and president of Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette, Colo. Under her leadership, Good Samaritan was recognized as one of the top hospitals in Colorado by U.S. News and World Report.
Ms. Alderfer previously spent 17 years in leadership roles at Denver-based HealthONE, which included 11 years as president and CEO of North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, Colo., the news release said.
