Mr. Flowers joins Confluent from Louisville, Ky.-based ScionHealth, formerly Kindred Healthcare, and has experience in healthcare, private equity and public companies.
Confluent also promoted Stephen Clark, PT, DPT, to the newly created role of chief clinical officer. Dr. Clark has been part of Confluent for more than a decade, most recently serving as clinical innovation director.
As CCO, he will lead clinical operations as part of a new operational dyad, partnering with COO Mark Steiger.
