Saint Louis University Hospital Names Bill Hoefer COO

Saint Louis University Hospital, a 356-bed teaching hospital owned by Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare Corp., has named Bill Hoefer COO, effective today.

BillHoeferMr. Hoefer replaces Dawn Anuszkiewicz, who resigned this past to spring to become CEO of Ochsner Baptist Medical Center in New Orleans.

Previously, Mr. Hoefer served as president of 180-bed SSM St. Clare Health Center in Fenton, Mo. He also spent 16 years with Sentara Healthcare based in Norfolk, Va.
