Rush Health names CIO, CMO: 4 things to know

Rush Health, a network of Chicago-area physicians and hospitals, has hired new health IT leaders and a new medical leader.

Here are four things to know.

1. Rush Health appointed Julie Bonello CIO. Prior to coming to Rush Health, Ms. Bonello was the CIO at Access Community Health Network in Chicago.

2. In her new position, Ms. Bonello is tasked with developing, implementing and leading the network’s IT strategies.

3. Rush Health also appointed Michael Raymond, MD, CMO. Previously, Dr. Raymond was the associate chief medical quality officer at NorthShore University HealthSystem, based in Evanston, Ill.

4. As CMO, Dr. Raymond will guide Rush Health’s clinical operations.
