Rochester General Hospital’s new president is Nancy Tinsley: 4 things to know

Rochester (N.Y.) Regional Health appointed Nancy M. Tinsley, RN, as Rochester General Hospital’s new president.

Here are four things to know:

1. Ms. Tinsley joins Rochester Regional from Cleveland-based University Hospitals. She most recently served as president of UH’s Parma (Ohio) Medical Center.

2. Prior to serving as president of Parma Medical Center, Ms. Tinsley held a number of positions at University Hospitals, including vice president of clinical operations and vice president of the neurological institute.

3. While serving as president of Parma Medical Center, Ms. Tinsley oversaw numerous renovation and expansion projects.

4. Ms. Tinsley is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
