Richard P. Lofgren, MD. President and CEO of UC Health (Cincinnati). Dr. Lofgren has extensive experience both practicing medicine and leading healthcare organizations. He joined UC Health in December 2013 from Chicago-based University HealthSystem Consortium, where he was senior vice president and chief clinical officer. Before joining that organization, he was with Lexington, Ky.-based UK HealthCare, where he was CMO and helped increase the system’s market share from 28.5 percent to 43.3 percent. Overall, this board-certified internist with a medical degree from the University of Minnesota has more than 35 years of healthcare experience.
