Peter Grevelding has been promoted to chief operating officer. Mr. Grevelding joined the system in 2004 as a physical therapist and most recently served as vice president of clinical operations.
Michael Ivy, MD, was named chief medical officer. He most recently served as deputy chief medical officer at Yale New Haven (Conn.) Health.
