Clint Matthews, Therese Sucher and Richard W. Jones have been named CEO, COO and CFO, respectively. All three will cease their employment with FTI Consultants in Brentwood, Tenn, through which the three individuals have served in these same capacities at Reading Hospital since June 2010.
Mr. Matthews has occupied executive roles with organizations including Tenet Healthcare’s Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) Medical Center in Florida, Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky., and Amarillo (Texas) Hospital District Northwest Healthcare System.
Ms. Sucher began her career as clinical director of nursing at Fairview General Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, and later served as a consultant in the healthcare business practice of Arthur Andersen and as vice president of operations at Kaiser Permanente, also in Cleveland.
Mr. Jones has served as CFO or in comparable roles at hospitals including Brooklyn (N.Y.) Queens Health Care, Roseland Community and Weiss Memorial hospitals in Chicago and Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pa.
