Ms. Zuk joins ProMedica from Corewell Health in Southfield, Mich., where she oversaw financial operations for the $15 billion academic system, including corporate accounting, accounts payable and payroll for more than 65,000 employees.
She previously served as CFO/controller for Bon Secours Michigan Health System in Grosse Pointe and controller/acting treasurer for the Medical University of Ohio in Toledo. She will report to CFO Terry Metzger.
