1. He has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare finance.

2. Most recently, he was CFO of WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh, N.C.

3. Mr. Browning earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville (Ky.). He completed his undergraduate studies at Owensboro-based Kentucky Wesleyan College where he majored in accounting and finance.
