ProMedica Fostoria (Ohio) Community Hospital has announced three leadership changes, according to a Review Times report.
Dan Schwanke has been named COO of ProMedica St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee, Ohio. Most recently, he served as president of ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.
Holly Bristoll has been named president of Fostoria Community Hospital. Ms. Bristoll currently serves as president of ProMedica Bay Park Hospital in Oregon, Ohio — a role she will continue in addition to her new role.
Tom Borer has been named COO of Fostoria Community Hospital. Most recently, he served as vice president of professional services at Bay Park Hospital, according to the report.
