Mr. Ryan most recently served and chairman and CEO of The Broadlane Group, which was acquired by MedAssets under Mr. Ryan’s leadership. Robert Draughon, who has served as Press Ganey’s interim CEO since July 2011, will resume his prior role as president and CFO.
In conjunction with his appointment, Mr. Ryan will be purchasing a minority stake in the company.
