Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center-Joliet’s new president is Robert Erickson: 4 things to know

Chicago-based Presence Health appointed Robert J. Erickson president of Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center-Joliet (Ill.), effective March 13, 2017.

Here are four things to know:

1. Most recently, Mr. Erickson served as CEO of St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo.

2. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of SCL Health’s St. Francis Health in Topeka, Kan.

3. He has more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience.

4. Mr. Erickson succeeds Lowell Johnson, who is leaving Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center-Joliet. “[We] wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” said Presence Health Chief Operations and Academic Officer Ann Errichetti, MD, in a statement.
