Four points:
1. Ms. Johnson will succeed Michael Maiberger, who is retiring Aug. 16.
2. She is currently the health system’s chief human resource officer.
3. She joined Premier Health in 2003 and has served in several leadership roles since, including executive vice president and COO at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
4. Ms. Johnson serves on the governor’s Executive Workforce Board and chairs the Ohio Diversity Council State Board of Directors.
