Premier Health names first female CEO: 4 things to know

Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health has named Mary Boosalis president and CEO, according to a Dayton Daily News report.

Here are four things to know about Ms. Boosalis.

1. She will be the hospital network’s first female CEO.

2. She currently serves as executive vice president and COO of Premier Health.

3. Ms. Boosalis will take over the CEO role Jan. 1, 2017, but will begin her role as president on March 1, 2016, according to the hospital network.

4. She will replace James Pancoast, who will retire at the end of this year.
