Poinciana Medical Center in Kissimmee, Fla., tapped Tom Eisel to serve as CFO and Sharon Dillard as CNO. Poinciana Medical Center is a part of Hospital Corporation of America North Florida, based in Tallahassee.
Mr. Eisel most recently worked as associate CFO at Brandon (Fla.) Regional Hospital, a part of HCA West Florida in Tampa. In his new role, he will be responsible for all of Poinciana Medical Center's financial activities.
Ms. Dillard previously served as assistant CNO at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, a member of HCA North Florida. As CNO at Poinciana Medical, she will oversee the delivery of patient care, treatment and services.
