1. Mr. Valtairo was previously the hospital’s chief quality officer, a role he had held since February 2017.

2. Prior to that, he was assistant administrator.

3. He is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management and National Association for Healthcare Quality.

4. In addition to his nursing degrees, Mr. Valtairo holds a juris doctor degree from the Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, Calif.
