Dr. Mosley most recently served as senior vice president and chief administrative officer of Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. He has experience leading hospital operations in academic medical centers, health systems and community hospitals.
Dr. Mosley earned a doctorate in strategic leadership from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Va.
