Phoenix Children’s has added two executives to its C-suite to help drive service line expansion and systemwide growth.
The pediatric health system named Catherine Codispoti executive vice president and chief administrative officer, and Stephanie Kearney senior vice president and chief strategy officer, according to a March 19 news release.
Ms. Codispoti will join Phoenix Children’s in July, overseeing human resources, legal, compliance, risk and public affairs, as well as workforce development and system integration efforts tied to key service lines. She most recently served as executive vice president and chief people officer at Chesterfield, Mo.-based Mercy. Previously, she held leadership roles at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., and Texas Children’s in Houston.
Ms. Kearney is set to join in April and will lead enterprise strategy, including market growth, community engagement and marketing and communications. She previously served as chief ambulatory officer at Cody (Wyo.) Regional Health, where she oversaw ambulatory operations and growth initiatives. She has also held leadership roles at Vail (Colo). Health and Houston-based Baylor College of Medicine.
